Your information.
Treated with care.

The application is also a record of guardian permission and young person’s assent for Kids Community AI.

Who looks after the application?

O’HarroCore Solutions administers Kids Community AI. Call 868-391-5982 with privacy questions, to correct details, or to withdraw permission. Quote your application reference; the team will verify your identity before making changes.

What we ask for, and why

The learner’s name and age help us administer a place and check the age range. Their community or area is required to record where participants are coming from; we do not ask for a street address. Guardian details and acknowledgements record permission and provide a contact route. Emergency contacts, collection arrangements and any essential health or support notes help authorised programme adults support safe participation.

Email, health notes and support notes are optional. You can discuss sensitive needs by phone. Please tell your emergency contact that you have provided their number.

What happens to the record?

Applications are stored in the programme’s private server database. Only authorised programme administrators with access to the host system should retrieve these records. The database is separate from the learning apps. No child’s name, contact, health or collection details are sent to AI tools by this website.

The saved record includes the programme details, permission statements, media choice, typed names, acknowledgement version and submission time. The public counter reveals only the number of spaces. It never publishes applicant details.

How long is it kept?

For information about how long application records are retained, or to request deletion, contact O’HarroCore Solutions on 868-391-5982.

Photos and video are your choice

Media permission is separate from permission to attend. No option is preselected; you must explicitly choose no permission, a closed family showcase only, or programme communications without learner names or personal details. Refusing or withdrawing media permission does not affect a place. Contact the team to change your choice; the young person may also decline on the day.

Cookies and your browser

This site uses one essential session cookie to protect the form, prevent repeated submissions from creating extra places and show your confirmation reference. It contains no learner or guardian details. It does not use analytics, advertising trackers, embedded maps or third-party form services. Fonts and illustrations are served by this website.

The form does not save personal details to local storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill. Use a trusted device, and close the page when you finish on a shared device.

If plans change

Contact the programme team to request a correction or withdrawal. Withdrawing releases an active place when the team processes it. Material changes to the dates, venue or permission terms must be discussed with families; the original submitted terms remain attached to the record.
